A game I really like is on sale on steam
Sakuna of Rice and Ruin. It's a farming game with side scrolling hack and slash combat, but unlike other farming sims, you just grow rice.
It does the thing you tend to see in a lot of japanese media where it specializes in one thing, and goes hard into it, so you end up learning about growing rice, tools, and culture surrounding the laborers who grew it while you play it.
And beyond that, the game is about growth. Sakuna grows as a person, you get better at growing rice, and the combat itself is really good and gets better the more you put into it. There's systems that push things forward via unlocks and numbers, but it's a game where your personal skill grows the more you put into it.
I really like it, and I don't see anyone ever talking about it. 30 dollars seems to be too rich for most people for a game like this, so maybe 18 is more up your alley.

Some trans women on hormone therapy get period symptoms like cramps, cravings, mood swings. Obviously there's no menstruation even post-op since there's no uterus, but the hormonal effects are there just from the hormone cycle. It seems to be very case by case though, some women get very strong symptoms, others get nothing at all.
Transfemme with a period here. I have all the common symptoms aside from the uterus-related ones(cramping, bloating, hot flashes, etc).
It’s every month during the same week like clockwork, and it’s usually pretty debilitating for me for at least a few days.
I get massive cravings for donuts as well, which is usually a sign of its arrival.
I tend to get stomach pain and mood swings but it's usually manageable with some pain killers. Mine's kind of irregular though.
And, to complete the whole spectrum, I've been on hormones for about a year and a half now and feel nothing that could be considered period symptoms.
